When you register as a member of Lowestoft and Yarmouth Regional Astronomers or renew your membership, we ask you to provide the following personal information;

These details are required in order to maintain a record of club membership and to enable us to keep you up to date with club activities including monthly meeting dates, observation evenings, AGM etc.
This information will only be accessible to club committee members for the purposes set out above, and will not be shared with any third parties.
Your data will be retained for the duration of your membership, or unless you give formal notice
for your details to be removed from club records.
